MYA PDF is a productivity tool that works exclusively on the official Egyptian e-invoicing portal (invoicing.eta.gov.eg), letting you export your invoices to PDF/Excel and build VAT reports. It is an independent personal product, not affiliated with or endorsed by any government entity.

MYA PDF is a paid-license product. To activate a license, the extension reads the email of the currently signed-in user on the tax portal and sends it to the developer's server (Supabase) for one purpose only:
The extension temporarily queries your public IP via the public service api.ipify.org and sends it along with the license check. This is used exclusively to prevent abuse and fraud (e.g. unauthorized sharing of a single license). The IP is not used to profile you, is not sold, and is not shared for any advertising purpose.
A locally generated device ID (non-personal random token) with the standard User-Agent string is sent with the license check. Its only purpose is enforcing how many devices one subscription can use. It cannot identify you personally outside your subscription record.
The extension stores your subscription state (active/inactive/expired) and the payment method used (e.g. InstaPay or Vodafone Cash) to correctly enable or block features.
chrome.storage.local powering the statistics dashboard — kept in your browser only, never uploaded.Because MYA PDF is built on widely used infrastructure, the following third-party services may be involved. None of them receives your invoice data.

MYA PDF is a paid product. Export and reporting features require an active paid subscription after a limited free trial. The developer is an independent individual (not a company), and this extension is an individual's independent work.

How to delete your data: Request deletion through any contact channel below and mention the email you subscribed with. The developer will delete your records and confirm within 7 business days.
Local data: You can clear all local data yourself from chrome://extensions → MYA PDF → "Clear storage", or simply uninstall the extension (Chrome automatically deletes all chrome.storage.local data on uninstall).
MYA PDF is a professional tool for the Egyptian e-invoicing system and is not directed to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us and it will be deleted promptly.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will be updated and the new version published at the same URL, with any material change also reflected on the Chrome Web Store listing. Continued use of the extension after changes means you accept the updated policy.

MYA PDF منتج برخصة مدفوعة. لتفعيل الترخيص تقرأ الإضافة البريد الإلكتروني للمستخدم المسجل حالياً على بوابة الضرائب وترسله إلى خادم المطور (Supabase) لغرض واحد فقط:
تستعلم الإضافة مؤقتاً عن عنوان IP العام الخاص بك عبر الخدمة العامة api.ipify.org وترسله مع فحص الترخيص. يُستخدم هذا حصرياً لمنع إساءة الاستخدام والاحتيال (مثل مشاركة ترخيص واحد بشكل غير مصرح به). لا يُستخدم الـ IP لعمل ملف تعريف عنك ولا يُباع ولا يُشارك لأي إعلان.
معرّف جهاز مولّد محلياً (رمز عشوائي غير شخصي) مع سلسلة User-Agent القياسية يُرسل مع فحص الترخيص. الغرض الوحيد: فرض عدد الأجهزة التي يمكن لاشتراك واحد استخدامها. لا يمكن أن يعرّفك كشخص خارج سجل اشتراكك.
تُخزن الإضافة حالة اشتراكك (نشط/غير نشط/منتهي) وطريقة الدفع المستخدمة (مثل إنستاباي أو فودافون كاش) لتفعيل المزايا أو حظرها بشكل صحيح.

كيف تحذف بياناتك: اطلب الحذف من أي قناة تواصل أدناه واذكر البريد الإلكتروني الذي اشتركت به. سيقوم المطور بحذف سجلاتك وتأكيد الحذف خلال 7 أيام عمل.
البيانات المحلية: يمكنك مسح كل البيانات المحلية بنفسك من chrome://extensions ← MYA PDF ← «مسح التخزين»، أو ببساطة بإلغاء تثبيت الإضافة (يحذف كروم تلقائياً كل بيانات chrome.storage.local عند إلغاء التثبيت).
MYA PDF أداة عمل احترافية لمنظومة الفوترة الإلكترونية المصرية وليست موجّهة للأطفال ولا لمن هم دون 13 عاماً، ولا يجمع المطور عن علم منه أي معلومات شخصية من الأطفال. إذا كنت تعتقد أن طفلاً قدّم بيانات، تواصل معنا وسيتم حذفها فوراً.
إذا تغيرت هذه السياسة، سيُحدَّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه ويُنشر الإصدار الجديد على نفس الرابط، مع انعكاس أي تغيير جوهري على صفحة متجر كروم. الاستمرار في استخدام الإضافة بعد التعديل يعني قبولك للسياسة المحدثة.
